I am procrastinating again - although my lacey scarf for the Knitting Olympics is underway at last. (Yeah, I started almost on time but then had three or four days of knitting, ripping it out, knitting, ripping it out, etc. etc..)
I would love to have your recipe for zuchinni and cheese pie - if you'd care to share that is. All I've ever made is zuchinni bread and fritters.
But not until after the closing ceremonies - I wouldn't want to distract you from the finish line. And I think I am more north than Michigan (geography is not my strong point) so it will be some months before we can even plant anything.
Good luck with all your projects, Janey from Nova Scotia

So not even close to summer in Michigan...but that's the northern hemisphere for you. Do you need a recipe for zuchinni bread or anything?
Heh that would be cool!!!
We have tried a nice zuchinni and cheese pie and have yet to try the zuchinni fritters this weekend.
Not rubbing it in but have had a wonderful summer this year!! I will be bottling tomatoes for months. Hope this means you will get a good one as well!
